Will all of the girls be pregnant when the game is finally completed?

About the club, I hope MC comes to his senses. I had something like this in my head the last couple of days:
MC: "Heather."
Heather: "Good day to fuck, my master."
MC: "Good. I want to tell you something."
Heather: "Yes, my master?"
MC: "The club isn't really working out. I enslaved everybody to be my personal whores. Yet this place is starting to feel more like a brothel."
Heather: "What are you saying, my master?"
MC: "I had such high hopes for this place. I may no longer need it once I am the mayor of this city. I'll just change all the local laws as I had planned. I already run the police, the hospital and the school. I should be able to amend the laws unopposed."
Heather: "Master, are you saying you're planning on closing this building?"
MC: "Unfortunately, yes. Before then, I'd sign the building over to you. With the money you stand to gain from selling this property, I'd like to reopen the cafe. You'd also have a substantial amount left over to do whatever with."
Heather: "If this is your wish, my master."
MC: "It is. Now, I believe you said that it's a good day to fuck? You're right."
Heather: "It would be my pleasure, my master!"

The player would be given an option then to see the building sold (would require the mayor path completed) or to change your mind and keep it. The café would reopen as a kind of nudist bar & café. In case you want to ogle your slaves without concerning yourself with *gak* NTR stuff. The benefit? Returning to the original plan. Not enough? You could hire the mayor's daughter following the family's corruption. More scenes there.
Keeping the club would get a pay bump. What you get from it now isn't really worth it. And more scenes.
Perhaps the choices should occur BEFORE the scene dialogue, I don't know.
I'm fully aware that she sold the café to a particular someone but buying it back shouldn't be a problem... In the world this games takes place.
