Kass is straight up incapable of love, tho.

Her own daughter tells you so.

She doesn't even understand the concept.
LIES AND SLANDER from a rebellious ungrateful daughter.

I do wonder what Kas really feels for you, then.
She thinks of you so much she fucks up the portal, and that's only if you're on the romance path with her.
The dialog when she's larping as a witch or Calise. Or when you get defeated by the blood knight, she also seems pretty loving. (And weirdly possessive, but i guess that makes sense since you are so important to her plans)
She might be faking love for us, but shit, she must be feeling SOMETHING since there is a difference in how she treats us based on the romance and non romance paths with her.

I think what Aileh was talking about is that Kaz, being so twisted by the corruption, gets herself constantly tangled up by her most base emotions, which for all intents and purposes makes her incapable of a pure/selfless kind of love and leaves her with one that's all boggled down by lust, possessiveness, and all that.

Which, cool idea, but do i personally think it fits with the Kaz we know? Not really. If there was ever a chance for her to act out it was during the Aileh pregnancy, what with the multiple counts of cucking she had to endure there, yet all she does is be supportive and caring (towards her daughter and main lover who basically went behind her back and are having a kid before she can). Not really the reaction of a being that's selfish at her core, in my opinion.

Maybe she was all fucked up before meeting the Champion and when raising Aileh, dunno, but to this day i'd say that kinda description fits much better Keros and all them other gods than it does her.

This shit right here is why i'm just gonna stay with Kasyrra.
No drama, no weird hypocritical views on slavery, no kitsune shit, just romance and sex.
The perfect porn game wife.
I said it before and I say it again. Kas reminds me more of the from MGE, espicially the way how she corrupted Brienne in the dream. Like she things people there are all stuck up and either prude bitches or fuck for the wrong reason. Instead every woman should should search for a husband that serves as food/partner and live a happily fucking live.

Obsession. Remember she tells you all demons have a driving goal, hers appears to have children. I think this is what drives her to keep having imps even though she detests them. It drove her to adopt a whole flock of "dragons" and raise them as best she could in her condition. And now she's obsessed with the PC as part of her plan to be able to have real children again. I'm fairly certain any redemption arc for her will involve this.

If I'm going to show special interest on someone as an uber villain, I'll look at them as a pet that only I should and would influence.
Either I'm going to help them so they'll give me loyalty or I'm going to raise them to be at least strong enough to try and stand up against me for fun.
Or what I'll probably do the most, give them everything and let them enjoy then break it all down in the climax of their story.

If I have a memory wipe magic, I'll cast it and redo it all over again until I get bored of them~~~

I'm going to make sure my plan for them will succeed, manipulation is a thing y'know?

I'm pretty sure she's just acting out what she thinks a mother/grandmother would do based on what she's observed.

It's like how she washed Aileh's mouth out with soap when she used a bad word; she's basically acting like a 1940's TV mom because she doesn't actually have her own feelings about what to do. She's emulating what she thinks she should be doing.

Also, she wouldn't care in any case if you and Aileh "went behind her back" - she's a demon. She wants you to fuck everyone, she wants everyone fucking everyone, it's what she's about. She'd probably be ecstatic if you fucked all of her daughters.

wtf? corruption love? what the hell happened to the lore in coc?
This is not fucking star wars with emotions vs unemotional.
Corruption was explicitly supposed to make you lose empathy, develop sadism and cruelty. Corruption is literally the antithesis of love.
Now now, you're forgetting that CoC 1 has no connection in this "sequel". :KEK:

I mean, think Dr. Manhattan. I don't really agree that she's just acting but even if she were, that she'd force herself to do so - at no real benefit to herself - would be pretty much mean that she does still care about her 'humanity' in some capacity.

As for the demon bit, sure, but she's also all about kids. Specifically, her own that she can't have. That her daughter beating her to the punch, and with the father of her own future kids to boot, didn't faze her at all clashes pretty hard with Aileh's take on her. Like, pretty sure the text even pointed out she never even appeared jealous, just wistful. That alone speaks volumes, i think.

Corruption has many forms and different paths it can take. Just love for example can be turned to apathy but also hatred or obsession. Lack of all empathy may be considered the ultimate form of corruption in game lore but I'd argue any emotion with all restraints removed is just as corrupt. As for Kas don't forget that she tells you she totally lost it when she first became a demon but fought to regain a semblance of self control. I think it probably helps that her focus isn't raw power or hedonism but a need to procreate. Her hatred for imps likely stems from a corruption of that drive just as much as her need to still make them as it's as close as she can get. For now...

Kas has lots of hypocritical views on other stuff though.

For instance, she hates imps and considers them a blight, and considers not being able to have kids the absolute worst part of becoming a demon...but she demonifies other people. Sometimes just for funsies, like the shopkeep demon in the Wayfort.

Not to mention that children would probably be pretty badly off in a world full of stuff like the alraune, the corrupted bees, the effigies, etc.
I can't agree more, I'm just like why romance that kind of character? unless your into that. Even she does fix herself, better off keeping her as pet on a short leash.
