But avoiding going off on tangents too much, how could the parser be causing an issue here? I'm not a CoC2 modder, I don't know the system.
It's mostly based on how everytime doing something with Ryn is brought up, it's shot down nine times out of ten on the grounds that she's a coding mess. Savin has complained about it and it apparently discourages them from writing for the player because it requires accounting for parsers usually. Though tbh it looks like some weirdly compressed hall of their own making.
Though I'm not a coder and am only commenting based on the statements given from the dev team. I've looked at the code and tried following the modding guides to get a basic understanding for when/if the game is finished, but idk if it's because I'm used to RPGMaker code and New Vegas stuff or the CoC2 code is a mess to understand, but that shit looks hell adjacent.
They don't have to do even that, literally just have one of Lumia's or Mallach's rental wombs get hired to carry Etheruined's kid (especially after all those LumiaXRyn "threesomes" that have been added lately). But no, they want to do it in the most retarded way possible.
Yeah but if she uses the Mallach surrogacy method, then the kid gets raised in the grooming cult and indoctrinated. Weird as fuck we can't tell Ryn about Lumia since they've been getting closer. Hate to break it to Savin, but the identity fraud diety thing makes it rape by deception sooooooo...
You whenever a I see art of a dude or futa with huge balls, I get this intense feeling to punch or kick em in the nuts.
The intrusive thoughts are sometimes very hard to ignore.
Damn. Is it that bad? I though Jstar was better than tht.
It's fine-ish. Like what's there is ok but it's really short and feels kinda like Jstar didn't want to do it or got rushed to get it out to fit the Christmas theme month just for the name pun. It's underwhelming.
I so wish that, maybe selling Cait to slavers or using her in ritual and maybe setting up Brint to getting the cursed Alraune treatment(they basically partially turn you into a tree then milk you for as long as you live) as a nonviolent solution to passing without having to get boxer Wolfman.
Brint/Brienne are harder to think of something for but for Cait, idk just add the option in the bottom right corner to have her get dragged off by one of the myriad enemies that buttfuck her. Like the demon couple maybe, as an alternate removal method instead of killing them, they carry Cait off and we get a brief scene of her in their bad end in place of us with some flavor text to account for it. I feel like outside of anything like an Urta Quest format it should be optional though.
I can come up with a couple of reasons:
1. They're too lazy to create an actual perm demon tf and and fix up the demon transformation badends that are already there. I'm don't think it pass 3
2. They treat the player of having coc1 demon rules, even though the demons that we've come across have complete agency in what they want to do, but because it'll contradict what they've already established, they're just going to leave it as a festering wound.
3. Savin is a cunt.
4. All of the above.
It bothers me since Kas isn't unifying the demons and unlike CoC1, they aren't all working towards the same goal with a leader who can keep them in line, so there's no reason for being a demon alone to end the story. Maybe a fail state for the epilogue like the godsworn forms will probably be but not reason enough to be a bad end on its own.
