Most likely not as to open console is a pc thing I don't think it work on other platforms
But you could use a online save editer watch won't matter what platform your on

You go into the CorruptionRing-0.07-pc folder. -> renpy -> common, you open 00console with the editor, search for config.console, replace "False" with "True", save and close it. Then you start the game, load your save, press shift o, type in money = 99999. Enter. Done.

what do you mean "editor"? when i click on the 00console it just says "open with"
i need the editor app name or what ever it is

Opening it through "open with Notepad' should suffice.

Hope you're using windows. If you right click the file, go to "open with" and if the editor isn't one of the choices, you go "choose different app" at the bottom. A new window opens, and if the editor doesn't appear there, try clicking "additional apps" (dropdown). Should be there, then.

The editor is a standard windows program that's always installed. If you're using a different OS, you should check what the equivalent to the editor is. Hope this helps, I'm neither a tech guy nor a native English speaker so it's not easy to explain.

Doesn't matter.
Started from scratch and got aggitated by the sandbox right from the start.
I'm regretting the precious time i've spent being annoyed by the game all this time.
Usually i'm more critical of this..
This one slipped through.
And compared to many other 'games' looks shite.
Gettin' the boot.
