Japanese games many have always been weird.. so getting is really not correct. Just not seen many of the weird ones translated to English is all.

And an other game with no resiceable window. This is way to small. ResizeEnableRunner isn´t working for this game. And playing it in fullscreen is a bad idea it looks like crap then.
