After you downloading the incest patch and open the file read the install guide.It also explains what the difference is between the folders.After you have decided which variant you want, go to the folder and copy the zz_patch.rpy file to the subfolder "game".

I applied the bugfix but I'm still getting some bug

@Heartlessnobody95 in your game.zip what you post on 1062 you must change in the day7.rpy file the line 873 from
jump day7nbed to jump day8nbed.This is the bug what is postet on 1110

Overview:
