@TheGary Maybe, the best solution is to hide this dialogue when Amy is on boat. Another solution is to "activate" this dialogue after return from the Island.

If there are choices A and B, the players have to play both choices to see if there is some content (scenes, stories) behind it if they want to see all the content in the game. It doesn't matter if the choice is out-of-character ... it is a game where you can reload from a savegame, not real life with real consequences. So the players have no choices and have to try all paths ...
For example the catfight scene : If you do not intervene immediately (and automatically spank Amy), you miss the whole scene. The player has to try out both options. He cannot know which option leads to nothing.
When Chloe wants to have sex with mc during "Game & Alcohol", it is hard to tell how drunk Chloe is. Since SHE proposes to have sex, it might be strange to do it in front of Amy and Emily but ok ... if there was a sex scene, it would be content you don't want to miss, even if it would lead to a Game Over.
Since it is a "sandbox" game with no wrong choices, a "GAME OVER" would only fit if the game takes an autosave at the point of choices and if the "GAME OVER" screen would represent interesting content by itself, e.g. showing a young family (mc+Chloe+babies) 9 months later and telling a short story before offering a button to jump back to the point of choice and continue the game choosing a different path.

Can I say that I fucking love this game? Seriously its all I've played for the past 3 days and I only got to the Island just now. Fucking spot on! Just needs some music/sound and it would be stellar.

I will probably start into 0.6 with a savegame with 100% 0.4.3 content, which will allow to replay the island content and the new yacht content in the new order, seeing changes on the island and the reactions/dialogs of the girls on the boat regarding the island as well as the new content.Here is some more information from Patreon page about 0.6, quoting the Boss himself:
"Some of you are asking about how 0.6 will handle the return on the yacht and whether you should do all paths or not. To give a short answer : Yes. You should do all the paths, it will help you for 0.6. The only drawback is you might miss a few talks about returning on the island that are minors."
To me, it's pretty clear, you can do as you want : get a 4 weeks 100% save and be ready for 0.6 or stay with just 1 path completed, go back on the boat, see what happens, come again on the island to enjoy any small changes that will be implemented there and repeat until the island is completed, then focus on the boat.
Story-wise I'd opt for the second option, but from a frenetic player's point of view the former presents the advantage of jumping directly into 0.6.
Also, and it's not a tease
Once you played through 100% of the island and know how the paths work, it is not much effort to replay it. So I would not bother too much with a collection of island savegames with different paths.

Real talk, does the characters lose appeal to you all if they arent virgins? Because I couldnt care less, I too has my suspicions that the reason she didnt want to was because she was one, but virgin or not, she's still in my opinion the best girl.

Not really. A well written defloration scene certainly has its appeal, but Emily would have been the wrong choice for that in CMA. At least IMO.
Sex with Emily would not have been a problem if mc had brought a (large) pack of condoms to the yacht on day 1.

I'm not advocating that there should be a game over at those places. I'm just saying for myself I imagine it like that when I play, because the choice seems 'wrong' enough to justify a game over screen there.
So as I play, I just imagine a huge game over screen behind some of those choices. "Theater of the mind" if you will.
