Lmao, legit knew before even reading you were going to link me that, It's honestly just dead now... was once a trend and now it's just.. dead.
So I'm interested in this game because of the spanking, but can't really figure out from the walkthrough or searching this thread whether there are opportunities for the MC to have sex with most of the women after spanking them. Or are the sex scenes mostly separated from the spanking scenes? Simply put, I want to spank a girl, start fondling them, then have sex with them. Will I get what I want from this game?

FemDom is short for Female Domination. In games, it generally indicates a scene or scenes where either the male MC or another character is dominated by a woman. As far as this game is concerned, femdom content is relatively light and can be completely turned off (without consequences) via an option on the Preferences screen.
Not yet. The game is still a work in progress with regular updates every month that allow you to progress further and further in the direction you are describing, but it's not there yet. For now it's more of an either/or situation, but it will get there. My advice is to check it out for yourself, get a feel for the characters and the atmosphere and make the decision for yourself. Have fun!

Repeat her training until it's complete. Keep talking to Susan about it. Wait. Did you even begin her training?
You can choose the last 2 but it will be made clear that Chloe rejects them, and she does not want to do them. After you pick them once the choice will not be offered again probably the MC recognizing how stupid it was for him to suggest them. Emily spanking Chloe doesn't disappear like that but it's still not possible to get both Chloe and Emily agree to it, so it doesn't lead to a scene currently.
I guess I haven't started training yet.

For midnight bath, just keep going at the pool at 00.00 and stay as long as possible
Linda's visits : ignore her for a few days, she'll come at night to see you
Solar protection it's the same, keep talking to Chloe, and follow the right sequence (shoulders, back, legs, butt, butt, if I remember correctly)
Rachel's helping hand : repeat until you have the option "try not to come" when she is "helping" you, it will unlock 2 cosplay scenes
For the other ones, I'll need the hints

0.5.3 Changelog:
- Extended Rachel's ending.
- Added many talks during the island trip.
- Added a slider to change the textbox opacity in the preferences.
- Added the current progression to the saves name.
- You can now press "space" to exit a talk menu (experimental, on the island only.)
- Fixed a bug preventing you to distract Emily and Chloe after coming back from the island.
- Fixed Rachel being able to catch you enter rooms during the night.
- Fixed some typos.
- Fixed the "Can you come tonight" dialogue with Susan. It will only be possible if you did "Sacrifice" at least once.
- Fixed a bug on an island that makes some day not count in the day counter.
- Some other minor fixes.
