Just went through a full day trying to start a dialog with her every possible hour and it didn't pop up

You've to do Sacrifice first, before you can do "asking for it"...
To start Sacrifice you need 2/3 punishments from Rachel, after that, Susan should have the "I need a favor" option, the first time you've to take a shower if I remember correctly, choose "Yes, Miss" - "At your Service" - "hard as rock" for the first 4 stars...

what are the hints for Emily's Help ?
Emily's corruption unlocks at the end of her anal training. From your screen shot you completed it. Did you tried a roolback ,a save edit or something that could have bugged ?
You usually unlock Emily corruption level 1 by having the one-time-anal-sex with Emily at the jacuzzi at midnight.
(Major Event : Emily try anal star 7)
According to your screenshots you have completed Emily Try Anal, so you should have the Butt Plug and Emily corruption level 1. Check the character screen to see her corruption level.
If you don't see the option : "where did you put it ?" at 13:00, scroll down in the dialog list.
