The star depends on mc's answers in the dialog.

Do the following :

Make a date with Susan for 02:00

...

Take a shower

02:00
In the session answer : Yes, Miss - At your Service - hard as rock
-> Major Event : Sacrifice stars 1-4

#5: Don't take a shower before the session and lie to her at the beginning...

Use the telephone in Linda's office, call Uncle's Personal Assistant and order a dildo mask, after some days, there should be a package in your room. Go after that to Susan again and ask her if she want to join you at night...

Go to Susan and talk to her : - Can you come tonight
Call uncle's assistent to order the mask.
Wait a day.
Check mc's room and click the box to get the mask.
Talk to Susan and make a date for the night.

Just went through a full day trying to start a dialog with her every possible hour and it didn't pop up

You've to do Sacrifice first, before you can do "asking for it"...
To start Sacrifice you need 2/3 punishments from Rachel, after that, Susan should have the "I need a favor" option, the first time you've to take a shower if I remember correctly, choose "Yes, Miss" - "At your Service" - "hard as rock" for the first 4 stars...

You must go to your own bathroom (from your room) at 14.00. Wait for 1 hour. Emily will come in pursued by Rachel.
