As far as I remember it is hardcoded to win and loose on the first 2 occasions. After that it should be random, so you can save before the event and reload when you repeat the event more than once.
Stamina does not influence the outcome of the kneeling contest in anyway. The stamina variable is not evaluated in the code of the event (kneeling contest).

To win the game, try Agressive, then Balanced, then Agressive again. Then you need that Rachel gets punished. Stalk her by the pool at night when she is masturbating . That will start the sequence.

So, my first thought is this; are we gonna see the MC's Mom on the Yacht anytime soon? Because quite frankly she needs a good old spanking for the shit she's pulled. Firstly she pays an abnormal amount of attention to her son's actions, such that she finds out he has a 'porn addiction' - which considering how a guy like the MC would hide his porn, means she really paid attention. Then she all but ignores the details of how the MC got used and dumped by Amy and then allows the conniving bitch to ingratiate herself back with the family without once asking the MC about it. Then she coerces her brother into allowing Amy on the Yacht, without once thinking of consulting her son.
My next thought is how on earth did Amy befriend Rachel that quickly and so thoroughly? Because even though she got caught on her stealing/leverage/blackmail plan Rachel still gave her what she wanted - keeping her on the Yacht, even if she is a servant (like that'll last long).
Finally I don't know whether to applaud the dev or shake my fist at him. He wrote in Amy a character that pissed me off from day one, so much so that I actually hated doing her to progress the story. She went and spoiled the sexy blance that was going on, sure she accelerated shit but now she's still around and I still have no motivation to do her.

Susan is ever watchful and would act if things reached a critical stage. The minor or petty intrigues are amusing. She knows about the MC and Chloe - but doesn't tell Rachel, as it has no affect on her relationship with Rachel.
If Amy connived her way into perhaps doing something other than 'sleep' in Rachel's bed and Susan was 'missing out' then maybe there would be fireworks.
I would guess Amy will be sleeping in the cook's old servants bedroom next episode …. … … but who knows?

However Rachel hasn't been 'shy' about coming in to the MC's bedroom, or his private bathroom in the past. And she also told MC that Amy was only sleeping there, and she still had to knock before she entered.
(I think that was relevant to the MC asking for 'help', and him worrying about Amy interrupting?)
Given the action in the Hot Tub, in the Pool, and the emergency summoning to his room, I am not sure how much the need for MC to satisfy Rachel in Susan's room was simply convenience or a mandatory part of 'The Deal'.
Will there be some sort of reaction if Susan catches them satisfying needs elsewhere.
She used to get angry when she caught Rachel roleplaying with the MC in Rachel's bedroom - she keeps threatening the MC with "what she is capable of" if he breaks the deal, so maybe there could be two people strapped to devices in Susan's room.
However I am really looking forward to seeing Rachel in the box - what do you reckon? Update 0.12
