Do nothing with Chloe during the day. Go to her room at 00.00. Same for Emily. For Rachel (3rd) there is a prerequisite.

The event starts in her room when she is reading a book on her couch, you have a dialog option. Try until you find her like that

Nice catch! Gary introduced some randomization of the idles with 0.9 and the WT doesn't take that into account. It will be updated accordingly, thanks!

Otherwise they are in the last version of your game : /Game/Saves
