You got to get her stats up to 90 or above to unlock it.
You should get the walkthrough it would have told you the same thing.

Any help with Amy cleaning the toys. Tried adjusting with the obedience and attitude but still cant trigger the 2 stars

that's a bug i've found that still hasn't been fixed no matter what her stats are they don't unlock it's a broken quest

First Att. needs to be below 50 and the next time Obe. need to be over 90 so like 95-100
So just punisher her to clean with that stats and it will trigger? Will try now. Thanks!

Emily needs to be sent to your room as normal but just don't go punish her and then send Rachel to Susan, best to do this in the afternoon like at 13:00-15:00

Ignore Rachel or deny her 3 or more times and it will happen.
I maybe wrong on this but you may need to tell her to stop asking for it.
I'm not sure if I ran into a bug, but I am having an issue progressing through "Enough is Enough". It's strange, I have all of the stars except the 1st and 4th. Also, the island is sitting at 100%, but I can't unlock Extra Naughty #1, which is stalling the progress entirely. Any ideas on how to trigger these?
