Hmmm - Nov 5th, Dec 5th, so you reckon Jan 5th then?
It should be quite easy for TheGary to just 'reposition' the MC behind her and 'introduce' her to his member.

Keep her on a short leash :
Once Emily has earned a punishment, send her to your room. Immediately after that talk to Rachel and tell her that
Susan is looking for her. Find Chloe and tell her to follow you. Repeat with the various options to get the other stars
New life :
1rst : Make Amy wear only the Apron (Amy's lvl3+)
7th : Order Amy to Clean Emily’s Toys. Repeat the event and push further (choose follow me and take her to your room)

You cannot miss the first 2 stars of New Life in the code.
Try to speak to Rachel (maybe the option for the missing stars is still there).
Otherwise, either your save was corrupted or you used rollback at some point.
I would advise to start again from Chapter 2
