Seen with the Dev. It's not exactly a bug. There are something like 20 dialog that will fire when you return to the yacht. For now the notebook stays "open" until you've seen them all. It can take a week or so. They are just dialog, no event attached, some nice or funny talks to make the yacht more "alive". The notebook will be fixed in a future release to reflect that.

Sorry, my saves are only for admirals, TheGary's highest support level. If you join the Admiral's, you can have mine saves every month.
Seems so, at least mine didn't and judging by your questions yours didn't either.
Especially for such a big and open game. If you have to start over on a regular VN it's one thing with fast forward, but here you have to do a shit load of things.well this sucks. I know things can change when something is in progress but having to redo things (and remember what you did before) is a real pain
