So the updates are still every month? I was under the impression that since the V3 that was no longer the case.

I skipped 1 or 2 months there but it seems to me its been every month for updates.
It first came out here in Sept. 2018 and the change log shows more than 30 updates. (Some of them were bug fixes but it looks like every month to me.)

Releases are indeed every month. I think I that there was only one or two months without a release.
Admiral tier was released on the 5th.
The game doesn't reach F95 before Captain and more often Mate tier, later in the month.

Well... I think the author is Russian.
Everytime I play these "made in Russia" visual novels I have a strong feeling that Russians think that law, democracy and human rights are a bunch of technicalities only. Just trifles.

There are saves posted here and there in this thread if you really can't stand it.

If you are past that stage, be in the corridor at 22.00. Some evenings you will hear noise coming from Rachel's room. Enter and pick up the 3rd choice.
The following morning go tell Susan. You will find d Rachel and Susan in Rachel's room the same evening at 20.00.
It's repeatable.

I have a question. Do i need to play every chapter in order because they are like minigames and have unique content?, or the last chapter has everything the previous chapters had?.

Each chapter is standalone. Thus if you want to see all the content, you have to download all chapters and play each chapter.
Usually separate chapters get created due to either engine demand (too many pictures in archives impact on loading times), or alternatively, because content in earlier chapters does not change, it could lead to people downloading and redownloading the earlier content over and over again. And for people with limited bandwidth, that is really not great.
In this case, Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are done, while Chapter 3 is still getting updates. So I would suggest to download chapter one, and if you like it, go for Chapter 2 (and later Chapter 3, but that might be finished by the time you are done with Chapter 2).
