The first release on patreon is around that time frame but we don't have anyone in that tier that gets it before about the middle of the month.

I skipped 1 or 2 months there but it seems to me its been every month for updates.
It first came out here in Sept. 2018 and the change log shows more than 30 updates. (Some of them were bug fixes but it looks like every month to me.)
