yes I know that walkthrough and just like I said I have been doing that "3rd time you ask for footjob"(which is the 5th star) several times and still not getting it!..

also I notice in the walkthrough there's 10 stars for "Emily's help" but in the game there's only 9?

Went to bed early (22.00)
The following morning at 06.00 went to Emily's room, asked for a footjob, got the new scene and the star.
By the way, swim and do yoga as much as possible to raise your stamina, and thus the number of "actions" you can do in a day.

That 5th footjob star doesn't exist. The sixth star is actually the third handjob. I had the same trouble until I counted the stars.

I have question of my own. Under chores, there's one star for the pool cleaning to be "distracted by Linda". According to the walkthrough, I can only clean the pool at 10 am or 1 pm. Linda is only at the pool at 4 pm, so how do I get that star?

Clean it anyway at the appointed hours, and she'll show up, at least as far as I remember. If not clean while she is there (the Dev changed some parameters, making afterwards some actions random, so the walkthrough may not be totally accurate when it comes to chores)
And you can clean the poll at many hours during the day.

See Rachel during the day and ask her if she'll swim tonight. It usually brings her by the pool at 00.00.
There could be an issue, because there is a small bug in the last release with 2 conflicting events (among them the 'macarons' event) that will be corrected next month, so to get that result you also need to, the same day, either lose a game of Go and see the outcome or get a morning BJ from Rachel or get a footjob (when she is with Susan by the pool in the afternoon)

Ascension #2 is quite easy, keep punishing Emily a few times with the alternative punishment (other : non spanking) until she comes to you with something new. Talk to her after each punishment to be sure you don't miss the dialog.
Sun Tzu #3 : win a game of go against Susan, to to Rachel's room at 22.00 and choose "sleep", you'll have the option to collect your prize.

So far there are 7 girls (5 on the yacht, 2 in the office), there should be 2 more girls coming in the office if the Dev sticks to his plans.
No idea if there will be a 4th Chapter.

To catch her drinking is a separate punishment. You need to decrease her motivation or catch her with a butplug on the terrace

Blackmail and Babysitter are not related.
You can ask Charlotte to babysit Amy once you got Amy playing on your computer. There is a small cooldown I think between babysitting days, but that's it.
As for blackmail, in the earlier part of the story you can use it for contract negotiation, and it's repeatable contract after contract, in the latter part you can't use it again because you're on a different quest with Sophie.
Check the walkthrough about the secret scenes.
