Did you used the 'light' version at some point then continued with a 'heavy' one later?
"I've got to work" appears as a dialogue option, in the last hour of the visit. No idea if it matters, but didn't seem to appear for me for ages, but did when I'd asked Emily to bring over Chloe.

You'll have the option to get the BJ & facial later on as Charlotte will come every evening to your appartment unless you tell her not to. Took selfies is blocked if you missed it the first time

That's the trigger:

Go to the living room and skip the time until it shows up, if it doesn't repeat the next day...

I tried your save, nothing wrong. You need to stalk the living room between 00.00 and 03.00. You'll catch Amy playing.
First time is a warning.
3-4 days later you'll catch her again. Then you'll have the option to ask Charlotte to babysit. Follow the hints.

About Sophie : we had an heated argument on Discord in the Admirals channel about at least the 2d Sophie event being tagged as femdom. A majority, it seems, and among them Gary (but definitively not me), decided it was not... No change to expect in the coming release, that will be a new chapter anyway, so no going back.

Susan, importantly, is also the MC’s mentor.
Her ‘domination’, if you can call it that, is teaching him good behaviour, control, and respect. Who does he turn to when he struggles, especially early on.
On the island she appeared to actually be enjoying getting taken, and Rachel’s demands, in the final island party, that the MC and Susan make ‘proper’ love to each other with kissing was an interesting event – showing that Rachel sees both of them as an important part of her future.
A proper threesome with the MC and both ladies would make sense.
If as suspected Uncle dies, then Rachel will want both of them with her.
There has been a ‘youngsters trip to the island and then the mature ladies version, though with Amy
Now it looks like we are getting an office penthouse update with all the younger girls.
Not sure where Sophie is going to fit in – initially I thought she seemed quite young, and inexperienced, but in this last update she had an older feel, and harder facial expressions.
Guessing ahead a total harem is probably the end, but there could be two age related endings.
The MC with all the younger girls, or with Rachel and Susan.
Realistically can he run the company and keep the current 7 women happy with Sophie making No.8
Oh and finally, is it just me or do I remember loads of hate for Amy back on the yacht early on – and posters saying she was ugly and they wanted her kicked off the boat and out of the game?
