Unfortunately, it's a true route only location. You can access it at night in every loop, sure, but it plays a major role and has a scene only in true route.

As I said, it's always accessible at night. But it has no content. Only during true route, there is a scene there.

Unknown at this point. Dev was planning to add more scenes (which were to feature side characters like Ikuko) to this game. And then he also teased a new game of his with futuristic setting, but there's been no news from him for a whole year. I still have hope, though.

Redrawn. I uae existing art assets to develop pretty much ny scene I want. In my most recent sets I've made entirely new scenes from scratch, adding motions to limbs and animation outside the base games scope. If you play the game and the mod you'll see the difference.
