Not sure if it fits your definition, but it's a M/M/F scene with you participating (people seem to have many different views of what NTR is around here). You can of course also hit cum immediately and skip all but 5 seconds of it, but it's definitely something unavoidable.

Im playing the game and when barbara calls to meet at the Motel i have to take the car keys from the kitchen but i cant take it. no matter how many times click, dont work and cant progress in the game :/

No. The dev recently said he has a lot more planned for this game. The story definitely isn't complete.
He appears at the motel the 2nd time his mom contacts MC , the goal is to help the Feds to take down Yelena.
