I read a couple of comments from the people who were asking questions about the reason why this game exists and who are fapping to it and decided to make a brief rundown on psycological aspects that may drive the potential player to download it.

IMO the potential players can be divided in two categories:
1. The masochists. This is pretty self-explanatory, so I won't describe it. This is not the new fetish and there is a big S&M community where they come from. Not my thing though.
2. The voyeur self-affirmatists. Now this is interesting. These people not only experience vicarious thrill from the potential pleasure that the female antagonists might feel but also indulging their ego and self-esteem when the MC looses his manhood. They're not identifying themselves with the protagonist (they love their dicks and don't want to lose them, I can assure you
) but rather they're getting off on the feeling of STILL HAVING ONE after the dreadful action on the screen concludes.
In this category we may also add the people with rare kink of an unequal group sex, where the one man is neglected or getting less attention from the female than the other man etc.
Now to the people who try to indirectly blame the developer for making this game or the "society" who caused the creation of this game. Talking so condescendingly in this thread because "your kinks and tastes are inferior to mine" ignoring all warnings in the OP, makes you no better than people who dig this fetish, because you fall directly in the second category described above. What would be the other point of judging people for their kinks on a goddamn pornsite? I've seen some popular H-games on this site: "They're training slaves, engage in bestiality acts and literally eat shit, Carl!" (sorry for the TWD reference), but nobody judges them, because the slavery is wrong or eating shit is bad. The blood galore in AAA video games is "nothing special and often overlooked" and here it's "something to frown upon". That's some double standarts over there. IMO If you dig some niche kinky action and blow off some steam with no harm to people around you so you can be a better person in the so called "society" then it's fine.
To the dev. The animations are gorgeous! The details are what makes it so good, i.e.
the still ongoing ejaculation from a detached genitalia is surprising. Actually I downloaded the game for the sexy manga'ish characters and femdom action. I definitely saw the warning but thought to myself: "Nah, how bad could the game be?" and discovered the new fetish afterwards. Keep up the good work and it'll be an excellent product in a niche kink that is so rare on this site!
If I may so, I'd suggest an idea:
The thrill of impending doom is exciting. The scene with the futa character in the end of a demo is a good example. In other words, show the protagonist what might happen to him without actually doing it to him directly. Use the other (disposable) characters.
