I know that fetishes can be replaced with the spell, but about what the traits? Like how would you add strong or monogamous or promiscuous and other traits?

Yes they can. carla takes care of the bad traits.
For adding good traits. ask Amaraine she is working on it.
But strong etc those stats boost traits don´t get added in normal gameplay.

But anyway there is a reason why you want to recruit characters based on traits for example lesbian.
So that you have to micromanage less. when you ad bisexual.

Well, the last three pages cover everything you may need to know: how to get the five buildings, what are the missions for the angel and the demoness... Okay, you don't have the details of the quests given by Maitreya, but most are simple and Amaraine implemented a menu to check on progress on them, so you don't even need to remember what you have to do. And there is a post to give you the details on how to conquer Orech.

Besides that... if ever one of your girls get the Ring of Bimbofication, immediately send her to the Blood Plains to the Temple so you can rid her of it. This artefact is a pain, lowering the girl's intelligence for an increase in... what is it? Lust? Sexuality? Its positive effect is useless (you don't need it to increase those stats), and the negative one is terrible. This is definitely a cursed item, and, while I find really interesting that it exists (and, by the way, more, with different effects, could be added to have us on the edge when getting new magic items, this could be fun), I definitely did not want to keep it (in addition, the girl is actually [and logically] thankful when you help her remove it, so, it's a win-win to do so).

And make sure you don't have too many women pregnant at once. Though Amaraine is working on a way to shorten pregnancies some, well, I don't expect her to hasten it too much.

Well, you can have sons, so she would need to create male models too. Besides, depending on what you have them do (and admitting you have them reach adult age fast—or through a flash forward in the game's narration), you could imagine having to manage several duchies or allied kingdoms each led by one child or another, and so keep the usual "hetero male" fetish of bi women and straight guys with all of the children being played nevertheless...
(and, possibly, an option to add a purely bi/pan fetish to include gay sex)

And I definitely want to see the hybrid babies (and/or adults) with the drow and the heretic...

Speaking of mixed races... I know we have an Asian girl, but, while the Barbarian and the Amazon have slightly darker skin, could it be possible to have either some of the classes modified or new ones (if planned) designed to add more diversity? The huntress is looking a little bit Mediterranean/Hispanic and this could be more pronounced, and I think it would be nice to have some Arabic/Berber, Black, Native American or Indian models too. Current classes that could be changed could include the Enchantress (Indian or Arabic), the Harbinger (Black—think Black Panther's Nakia, but with wavy hair—or Arabic), the Priestess (any of them, but perhaps more the Native American or the Indian), and the Amazon (Arabic or Native American would not require too much changes in her features, in my opinion).

In line 82 and 192 "pregnant_days = girl.days_pregnant() + 1", change the +1 to any number you want.
Change it to 5 and you have a 18 days pregnancy. Change it to 10 and it takes 9 days.

True, but I meant my answer in a “not cheating/altering the game” sense. Not everyone wants to delve into a game's code (and/or feels it's right to do so).
(personally, I changed the code to exchange one mana per day, in batches of 30 days, when I played the second time, because I definitely felt if was too long, but it's a matter of pacing, and something Amaraine said she's working on currently—and I lost time anyway to get to the final "12 children" objective by forgetting to give a Fertility potion to four women... well played, brain )

I use the saveeditonline for basic stuff as well....but in this game there are too many characters to change the stats.... so I requested a great porter to add the console button.... and they grant my wish by adding it.

You have to make one of the women a brothel madame and you can only do that once you've made one of the women a concubine or slave.
