Maybe he's just behind, and didn't bother looking at the dates the tweets were made?... Or, I guess in the grand scheme of the universe, the 31st COULD be considered "JUST" and 2 days COULD be considered "about to"... lol

Kittew and Prywinko, that I know of. I’ve seen a few Axsens preggo variants, but those might have been fan edits. Luminyu does some impregnation (as in, x-ray with sperms cells reaching ovum).

And alexander dinh he does both impregnation and pregnancy in a lot of his artworks

Haganef could be considered but he does a lot of inflation instead of actual pregnancy
