Neema is one of my favourite of Dandon's OCs, especially versions where she has her tattoos. Happy to see more of her!

Not really no. No real futa's (penis and vagina).
She has a few characters with penis variants but only for chars that are later mentioned by devs being trans/intersex or hinted at being trans/intersex, like Poison from Street Fighter and Kaine from Nier. So only female characters that possibly have a penis in the lore, thus very very rarely.
