The beginning of Airi #28 is supposedly happened in front of the bathroom, so yeah, it's triggered before entering itHumm so it's weird on my savegame

I dunno the exact requirement, but it was triggered immediately on mine by loading 100% v0.3.5 save data with around 70% corruption on Airi

For the second one you need to visit the Castle when both Nami and Airi are there. Then ask Airi to show her melons and Airi will join.
For the last one talk to Nami when she's in the Castle and use the spell on her. There should be an option to tell her to walk naked when going to the bathroom (or something similar). Once done visit her home at night and call her. She should appear naked.

Ahah, yeah, maxall would only maxing all of Jack's stats lvls up to the current avaiable max stats, while the girl's corruptions won't be included
