How do i open the dev console please?

how do you enable the dev console again ?

Go to the game's folder then get on renpy folder - common- 00console.rpy(not .rpyc) open it with notepad++ or whatever, look for config.console, set it to True (not true), save, done.

i.e. DarkNeighbourhood/renpy/common/00.console.rpy

Open the file 00console.rpy that you find in the folder [installation folder]\renpy\common. Then search and change the line
config.console = False
to
config.console = True

Finally launch the game and hit the combination SHIFT + o.

I don't think im destined to see this! It now comes up with the following when asking to play the scene Ren'py script not enabled. Not jumping

no, it is the same 1-2 day aged version still.
Im gonna download that "gamer version" with extra cheese I suppose, and crunch it eventually later today.
if you are in hurry feel free to download full version and enjoy it without any limits!

EDIT. Ok,, the compressed version posted yesterday IS the gamer edition .
