I believe there is no save import function for this chapter, so you have to start a new game and set all the variables manually, right at the start of the chapter.

You'll need to start a new with this latest chapter just pick what you previously did in the last chapter when starting a new game

I was playing the android port of ch3 v0.22 while following the walkthrough, but my Love Points weren't increasing at all...it stayed the same through the whole update...

I've always been uncomfortable with Elena and Jennifer's body type as they're almost pre-pubescent (haven't developed tits yet or perhaps had their first period for example). I'd prefer at least a "B" cup for all characters, but I understand some people prefer small tits. The incest appeal I believe is about "forbidden fruit" (not that anyone here is banging their daughters) kinda like fucking your girlfriend's adult daughter or sister, forbidden fruit but not illegal.
By simply changing the word daughter to girlfriend, changes the story-line. That's why Patroen's ban is so weird. They don't even allow step-relationships. Perhaps Rachael was cheating on you and got pregnant by another man, so you're even not related.
Bottom line DMD falls within what most people would call "mainstream" sexual norms (except incest, which is quite popular here) with fetishes thrown in to spice things up. Bestiality doesn't really fit in this type of story.
So starting a new game, it asks me if i'm seeing Jennifer or Georgina, or neither. I'm seeing both, but there's no such option. What gives?

click on that and where it says relationships
if georgina or jennifer or whoever is marked no
click on that and choose yes

the love 200 ? is that all you get and friends points can't see it missing need to be fix that all in or that all you got the in. H.3 this going to be good game i love it thanks who made it.

My chapter 2 saves are not working, just keeps dumping me back into the load screen

The save doesn't carry over, you start a new game and answer questions about what you did similar to the CH1->CH2 transition.
Overall I feel like the last two updates are "setup" updates. I enjoy seeing the story move forward and new levels of corruption reached but there hasn't been a huge amount of that.
One thing I will say is this game is a very very rare example of a good progression from tease to sex. Other games fall apart once the sex gets going but MrDots always has a new tease lined up.

While DMD is like Chinese food (shortly after finishing a new episode you want another one) I have to say I enjoyed the beginning of Chapter 3. MC & D are fucking like newlyweds, and you can see D is opening up to new sexual possibilities. Good job!
