Normally, chapter 2 opens and works fine. I could open the game and click on my save files without problems. I downloaded the game again (I deleted the old one), but it has been a problem. When I try and open the zip file there is an error message that pops up. After I hit okay and want to open the game, most cases the game icon moves than vanishes. When it does open, I wanted to load one of my 2 saved games, but an error message keeps appearing. Chapter 3 works fine, I was able to play it. Sadly, I had to do random numbers for the points.

Just put 200 for love and 30 for everything else you like.

Because:

1. The writer is not a native English speaker
2. He is writing British English, not US English

you can't, ch3 is new game which continues from ch2 but has to enter stats and few other things manually to be able to play.

Ch.3 is a new game like ch.2 compared to ch.1

Just start a new game and input your numbers that you had in 2 and your good to go.

What always bugs me with bugfix releases that very few devs bother to release the changed files as a patch. What were the files that were changed between 0.22.0 and 0.22.5? What is their total size after being zipped? Less than 1 MB, I'll bet. Instead, they make us download the entire game again, in this case >500MB. Do they get a commission from ISPs or what? The jpg files are really webps with jpg extensions. Google webp to see how to look at them.

Jeff Steel please ask Mr.Dots to rename them to webp, so people don't freak out. Ren'Py can handle that.

Cheers, good tip. I tried with one using an online converter, worked nicely. I'll see if I can download a local app that can handle batches.

Um . . . because he's polite, I suppose. I can't honestly say I think he speaks in an unusual manner, but your mileage may vary, of course.
Also, just out of curiosity, why do you associate polite with feminine?

You don't need the bugfix.It only change some words and make max LP 400 instead of 200
