Sorry I'm a couple years behind, but is v14.5 supposed to be v14 with all the extra add-ons and rewards, or is that a separate download?
dowload sites aren't available. Or once downloaded, it doesn't get to be installed. Any run-around? Thanks

I have just played the game again from day 28 on, and I have to say, it is a MASTERPIECE!
I'm really happy devs didn't give up on the game when problems arose.
There is only one thing I feel is lacking, the option to cum during anal sex in all anal sex scenes.

That error may mean you have the game too deep in the directory structure.
Try extracting and running the game, in this folder instead - D:\DMD.CH2-0.21.5-pc\

Have you tried moving the folder to a different directory or even a different HDD/SSD?
Also try running it with admin priv.
