Everything about this game and every game on this site for that matter is fictional. Who cares what happens.
I mean I get it. It is like a movie you want or don't want something to happen to a certain character, but still...It's just a visual novel porn game in the end right? Yeah I'm ready for the daughter to spice things up. Whatever about Martin or Ryan, but come on the sex scenes with the MC just get repetitive.

It's a pitty when options are removed from a game like this, though. The more options you have, the more interesting the game is in my opinion.

To help with context. The game was allowing both well into chapter 2. But they Patreon crackdown and lockout happened in chapter 2. With them being unsure of how to finish DMD and knowing they needed to make a game for Patreon (Melody) the idea of locking those 2 as mutually exclusive might have been due to the uncertainty of even being able to continue DMD let alone get to all the stuff they wanted. I feel this is why the D+E+J combo kept getting backburner even though it was the most sought after individual choice in polling.
So ultimately, blame FUKKING Patreon!!

True, after DMD was caught up in the the Patreon Purge the VN changed. IMO events MrDots wanted to be in DMD were either softened or eliminated altogether.
What we have now is a compromise that seems to be pleasing no one.

You can trace a lot of F's shift toward loving father/boyfriend and away from corrupting influencer to around the time of the purge and the scrambling to both find DMD a new home and keep loyal patronage fans.
Even with Melody MrDots needed paying customers. If you think about it Melody having to be so vanilla it lost all flavor that the VN favored vanilla fans, thereby reinforcing the less than lewd direction path DMD was headed down.

They do not need D to do porn.....They already created their insta whores at the after party by taking girls that in no way shape of form acted like whore and put them in a career ending orgy that was so out of place and would have ruined them for modeling and only left them useful for porn... So why would they need D for it... I have not played this game since that idiotic orgy scene...... I probably never will now since they think its cool to take girls and put them in something totally out of character for them. Worse part is they used girls that actually cared about being models and put them in a situation that would end them.... This game hs gone down hill in the last few updates before the new year that its not even interesting anymore.
I am very amused at how people rate the fact that to fuck everyone as growing up. I did not know that to be a mature person you had to fuck everything that breathes in any way you can think of

What still amuses me is the fact of how some still take this games so seriously, to the extent that I'm sure some people actually believe that the characters in these games are 100% real, and that they have actual feelings.
Basically the main issue is that many people get too emotionally attached to some of these characters, understandable for some people, but they are also many people who play these games knowing that these are just stories from someone's imagination, and are playing these games for a just a bit of fun and a little stress relief from life itself.
And this is why some developers create scenes which are out of character for a normal person, it's called fantasy role play.
People should take a breather now and again, and realise that these are just games of someone's imagination and not real characters which are going to get their feelings hurt, enjoy these games for what they are, just a little bit of fun, and escapism.
And this post, is in no way intended to offend anyone on here, and i apologise now if that is what I may have done.

About that "career ending" orgy : Do you really believe that even high level top models never do that ? That everything is clean and that there's never any "let's take cocaine and fuck photographers/model company owner/whoever rich dude is here".
I don't see how this orgy is different than something that could happen IRL in this kind of business. And the game did not even include drugs, which are pretty common in the fashion world. So you're entitled to not like the orgy scene, but if it's just because of plausibility, imho you're wrong about this.

I think that's too short-sighted. When I read a story, watch a film or, in this case, play games, a constant comparison
with MY reality is automatic. What I've experienced, everything that defines me. It works completely automatically.
And only what is completelyoutside of my world of experience I cannot evaluate.
If the most successful games work with an optical simulation that is as close to reality as possible, then you can't
expect the players to complete the story beyond the narrated story.
And that means that you may not want to play certain paths or routes because they cannot be brought into line with your
own reality of life.
It's always a little ridiculous to talk about emotions in a porn game, but you started with that, but just the values
put it all on. And on the other hand, make you feel like shit when the developer dictates certain paths that you just
don't want to go.
P.S .: I would also be in favor of an open route for D (+ F). But I've also turned down ways that I thought I don't
want to make up my mind, not in real life and not in play.
