From a relationship perspective, there isn't anything D/F can do that hasn't already been done. Focusing on D's career isn't the same thing as focusing on D/F as a couple. They can get married tomorrow and have a baby and it would make total sense. They're at that point now, no buildup needed. Rachel stuff still needs to be resolved, but that still isn't D/F. That is D/F and Rachel's relationship.
They are leading people along with the dog stuff. Which would definitely qualify as something they haven't done, but I'd be surprised if they actually do something. That is a clusterfuck rage-fest (both sides) waiting to happen. If people thought the Martin/Sharing stuff is crazy, you haven't seen anything yet.
So, realistically, this Ch4 should be about the other characters. The issue there is, similar to D/F, there isn't anything to be done that hasn't already been done. Obviously the MMF, but I'm not even going there. We're just going to have a revolving door of MFF threesomes that we've had before. The other girls don't have their own story, so there aren't any real issues or plotlines to clean up with them.
So in summary:

- Rachel
- Last update they get married and have a baby.
Those are, as of now, the main things this chapter should be about. Everything else has been done. The MMF should get a scene or two each and if they have the balls to do it the youknowwhat stuff can get a scene or two. The game has just gone on for too long, as I mention in my review. It's running on fumes.
