Unfortunately you're right I think that's how this next update is going to go. They sort of hinted at maybe some sort of sharing but honestly I very much doubt anything happens. They could do some pretty erotic scenes with D with other guys without even having to be sexual. For example I think it would've been fallen within Dee's personality if she went in to nude modeling and eventually did something like this.
Or just have her flirt and tease around with other guys like she use to with MC. They don't need to make completely different paths, they just need to slightly alter the scenes seen in the other paths. I never really put myself in the role of the main character. I just see it as porn so seeing MC and Dee together all the time is like watching the same two porn stars fucking over and over. If other people don't see it that way that's cool but the game obviously was going to explore these themes more in depth and is disappointing that it became very shallow in that regard.

From a relationship perspective, there isn't anything D/F can do that hasn't already been done. Focusing on D's career isn't the same thing as focusing on D/F as a couple. They can get married tomorrow and have a baby and it would make total sense. They're at that point now, no buildup needed. Rachel stuff still needs to be resolved, but that still isn't D/F. That is D/F and Rachel's relationship.
They are leading people along with the dog stuff. Which would definitely qualify as something they haven't done, but I'd be surprised if they actually do something. That is a clusterfuck rage-fest (both sides) waiting to happen. If people thought the Martin/Sharing stuff is crazy, you haven't seen anything yet.
So, realistically, this Ch4 should be about the other characters. The issue there is, similar to D/F, there isn't anything to be done that hasn't already been done. Obviously the MMF, but I'm not even going there. We're just going to have a revolving door of MFF threesomes that we've had before. The other girls don't have their own story, so there aren't any real issues or plotlines to clean up with them.
So in summary:
- Modeling Career
- Rachel
- Last update they get married and have a baby.
Those are, as of now, the main things this chapter should be about. Everything else has been done. Hi, So I played this game a long time ago when it had only 2 chapters or whatever you call it. I have seen people saying that the DEV should have stopped at ep2 or 3 and basically that he fucked it up. I haven't played the game yet so I can't say but since a lot of people here have commented this, I am a bit confused.
And I fucking hate Rape and NTR and this image reeks of it

IF you play the game with Lain's Mod from the OP you even get a warning so you can avoid the sharing path more easily...

Just a shame, that it got gutted so much. We could've gotten so many great sharing sequences already, if it wasn't for "people" claiming a few pixels as their girlfriend.
To be fair, it is not "their" Dee, the people who complain about it will most likely also not look like the MC or some of his assets.
And this is coming from someone on the F/D-Only path... Which is boring as hell after a while, ngl.

we get snarky cause same things get asked 100 times and sometimes even on same page and those won'r bother to use search.
no rape or ntr, just sharing/swinging (optional) and on that pic you posted martin gets reward from father cause of saving dee, there are other options for that and 2 of them involve mff. only rapeish is on ch2 if dee won't take self defense class but even then nothing is shown except game over.

The one thing that has not been done and seems like it will not be done is D having sex without F being present even if he says go for it (with another man anyway).
IMO this is not about the sex as much as D becoming an adult capable of having an adult encounter without daddy dearest being there for moral support.
