I'm getting something weird all of a sudden whenever I play chapters 1,2 and 3. There are some letters in the upper left corner of the game that read NO DC. Any idea's where that came from? I can hit Shift+G and change the graphics renderer and it disappears, but then I can't expand the windowed screen using the arrows left right or up down.

Open Nvidia Control Panel, go to Manage 3d Settings and Restore to Defaults, that should fix it (It did for me )
It's a bug introduced by an Nvidia graphics update.

Updated drivers (using "radeon software crimson edition") solved the problem. (Win 7 x64)

If you manually change Elena's status to "Yes" before the event.

So ch. 4 seems broken. At the start you pick the choices in the story so far, 3somes and such, I'm not on any other path than with D, and no sharing, yet as they're walking to the campsite they're talking about the things they did with Jennifer and the possibility of doing it again

yes on 1 path if you make right selections. bbc is "normal" dick on these games but black so nothing 2 feet long poles. afaik no term for big white cock like big black cock has.
