Its on the other side of Europe, Its Bergen - Norway.

Its also pretty ironic that its called sunshine bay, when its the city in norway with the most rain. 231 days of rain yearly.

Just figured I'd through my 2 cents into the pot.

Has the story run its course. I'd say yes for the most part. The story was about could the father get with his daughter and form a relationship. The rest is primarily side acts to that story. About the only part of the story that might not actually be complete is does the mom have a future role to play.

Stories are generally able to be summed up in a single sentence. "Can F get with D?" or "What happens when F tries to get with D?" If you are going to cover a persons entire life or even a large part of it that falls more onto bibliography. Those are even broken into separate sections such as child hood, education, career... and so on.

So on the technical aspect this story is played out. The author should start a separate story or new chapter in regards to content covering off topic aspects.
That said most the hacks on authors on patreon writing aren't interested in developing really new stuff and coming up with new characters and so on. This results in them just seeing what degrading crap they can further subject a character to so that they can milk the patrons that will go along with it.

As for NTR and sharing. Sharing and NTR are different but I get that most people tend to see them as the same because most people can't understand people sharing. Why would you? Frankly, I'm of the same mind on that. The less dicks there are in the picture the better I like it. Honestly, the only one I want to pretend the girl is with is myself if I put myself into the characters spot.
Most the games are written so poorly I don't feel immersed in the least bit.
That said technically sharing isn't NTR even if most view it as the same. There is however an "sharing" tag and it should be used.

If I was in the authors shoes I'd have started another story. Something more on the line of can F protect D from bad shit.
Another option would be the down fall. That's going to be rather unpopular though. The characters haven't really done anything bad to anyone else for people to root for their demise. Even if you did create a compelling reason for people to hate them you are preying on the more base of instincts to sell the story. That isn't going to do anyways as well as father protecting daughter.

To be clear my personal opinion is the author should stretch his legs and move on to something new and fresh rather than keep trying to milk this.

PERSONALLY i even skip MFF (YES, this is also sharing) - i am like "100% to ONE person rather than 50% to two". On our discord i even told that i would be 100% turned off even by the thought of having another dick near me rather than being able to enjoy it even a little bit.
The difference is, that i just do other decisions and AVOID such content. If not avoidable, i just fastskip through and act like nothing happened.
I don't need to rage just because another person did what HE likes and not exactly what i like. There are a lot of things i don't like in DMD (Elena, Georgina, Martin for example), same as there are things i rather would like to see (For example Rachel - YES, i am a fan of Rachel, as i know her story and i can understand why she acted like she did - also i see that she deeply regrets and wants to apologize) Most over here will disagree, i know, but that's ok.
There's just a BIG difference between personally dislike something and/or openly raging about that.

based on the fact that cassandra mentioned a "far travel" to another country, i personally assume it will be Elena's country and might be a chance to see Elena again.
There aren't many possibilities left though:
- event at coco's
- Modeling
- Marriage
(2-3 updates left overall though)
So i guess there's not that much Elena upcomming (nothing official though - just a personal guess based on what i know so far)

Which is absolutely fair. But it's also undeniably true that doing so results in you having a shorter playing experience, because you have no interest in how the team spent half of their development time. The game only updates every other month, and if a player has zero interest in half the content, then they're only getting the equivalent of two weeks worth of development every two months. That's not a good ration of time-to-output.
If the majority of your playerbase have no interest in the output from half of your development time, then you're doing something wrong. I think Mr. Dots' efforts to please two contradictory interests has resulted in both camps getting a product they're not entirely satisfied with; he'd have been better served by picking one group, and treating them as his audience.
I also think the game was better when Mr. Dots was the sole writer; I think bringing in additional writers, who want different things out of the story, was a mistake. it's probably the decision which has resulted in the most problems.

The issue and conflict between the vanilla/taboo fan bases of the game is one of them (vanilla) thought the game was that, just a simple vanilla game. They went nuts when the sharing paths officially started. I posted it previously, but if you search "Martin" in the thread hardly anyone talked about him before his path started in Ch3. Even though, technically, his path was teased all the way back in Ch1. And there is definitely more anger towards his route than Ryan or Graham, although to be fair the taboo fans tend to like his route more than theirs I think. So both sides of it are, IMO, racially motivated.

And the more taboo fanbase have been waiting for that content for years. The devs decided to bench those routes for Ch4, then they got blasted and added them back. And that just made the vanilla fans mad again. And the taboo fans are mad because their preferred content keeps being overlooked for more vanilla stuff, which the game has 90% of. The Graham/Olivia scene in this update was a waste of time. Why bother going to a swinger club if you aren't actually going to do it? That dog is just trolling the pro-breast people too.

As I said in my review, the issues with this game are all on the writers not laying out a logical or balanced plot. It's not milking, at least intentionally, they just have no clue what they're doing most of the time. Trying to keep two fan bases happy, when one of them have been largely uninformed and the other gets strung along isn't easy.
