It will NOT even be a story - it will be various scenes which have nothing to do with any kind of story or "game".

The game has become so large that it's impossible to cover other paths like:

-Jen and Georgina
-Rachel and D
-Cass and D
-More Georgina and D
-Georgina and D and Jen.
-Some scenes from previous chapters that were cut short, etc.

None of the above have anything to do with the darker fetishes. The standalone episode as I see it, is a way for the devs to cover these paths without having to delay the game's story another year or two more.

There are scenes which don't make any sense or are banned by us in general in our games (like bestiality and NTR).
We never said that we don't make such scenes in general.
We only said (and still say) that we don't put such content in our games - that's why we do a "fantasy collection". So even those people who are into that stuff got some content, without destroying our games.

Its hilarious how you make it sound like I'm the only one who thinks like this. Yet in the discord itself you have your own mods also "misunderstanding" when someone ask exactly this question. I don't care about what they do nor do I care about what fetishes enter the game.

In fact, in the fan made games/comics (that has those content) I also compliment them for making it. I'm not raging about the content. I'm calling out the obvious gaslighting that you're attempting right now.

Even you were unsure about it yourself a month ago, so why are you acting like this?

As you see, we tell, that such content will not happen in any future UPDATE, and the question is "... in one of the GAMES".

There is nowhere written "we will never do ANY of such content at all outside our games".
And just to declare a collection of various scenes as "game" is just ridiculous.

nah - some few will find another way to complain and rage then - would make no difference.
Also image-pack is not convenient to view whole scenes.

But maybe it will be like a scene gallery to view the scenes - we don't know it yet.
All we know is, that we will NOT make a "game" for those scenes, as there will be no storyline or any gameplay.

i see where you came from....

Still you twisted words or at least took them out of context.
Azure said "MrDots will never do ntr in any of his games, fantasy and otherwise". And you are right, he was wrong about the fantasy collection.
That's why i stepped in and corrected him about the fantasy scenes.
(notes: our mods know a lot of intel, but still not everything).

Overall that hasn't been a "discussion". That just was one simple wrong statement of a mod, which has immediately been corrected.
So don't use that to proof "discussions and misunderstandings even on our discord"

Also at that point we didn't even know ourself for sure what and how we will do the fantasy content (it was 3 months ago)

Yeah dude, wizgset look at Melody

The "what if" is just a page of scenes and you launch them and there is no context or story just a basic premise like "Melody wants to ride step-dad dick" and then the scene plays and ends and that is it. That is not the VN or a part of the story it is like a random pornhub short using the characters that was collected because.... the characters

Dots wants to do a bigger scale collection but it will be that same thing, just random clips of shit.

Good morning/after/evening to all of our supporters!

After three months of developing back-to-back updates for Sunshine Love, we are back to working on what I’m sure you all know by now, will be the final update for Dating My Daughter.
NOTE: This will be the final “story” update for our long-running debut VN.

There will be a couple of revision updates to follow as well as some special standalone stories featuring characters from the game.
We’ll have more extended details on that in the new year.

For today’s new preview, we can see you waking up with your daughter and her two best friends, that is if you’ve been seeing all three of them, of course ;)

With your daughter’s career path just about determined, how will that affect your relationship with the teen trio? Can you keep things going with them despite Dee having to put a lot of her time into Koko’s new project(s)?

The release date for v36 hasn’t been determined yet and may not be for a few weeks yet.
However, it likely will be during the week of Christmas ;)

As soon as we have settled on an official release date, we’ll let you know.

Be sure to check back next week when we post up another new preview pic from the final (story) update of Dating My Daughter!

Very nice. Part of what I like about his VNs, they have an ending within my lifetime, as well as being well written.
