Correct but if you so much as film or take pictures of them nude or while they are actually having sex then you are making underage porn or what not and it is still illegal same goes for games and what not, if you so much as make a mention of them being below the age of 18 and in some countries 21 you can get in to a whole lot of problems.

There was a guy in my country that got into trouble for this type of thing, simply because the girl had small breasts. It was in the media, because the way the judge stated it, anyone with small breasts could be considered a child. The girls in this game certainly don't look underage to me, and I've dated girls with flat-chests, and short girls with large breasts that were well over 18, so calling this a pedo-sim is a little bit excessive at this point IMO.

Let's not derail this by going off-topic into dark waters. The characters are clearly stated as being above 18. There are many girls who are flat-chested as adults and are VERY OFFENDED if you even think "underage". Come to think of it, some of them could be cancer survivors, too.
Final word - Author states characters are 18 and it's within the realm of plausibility.
Just follow the laws as best you can in your countries.

It's more an incest sim with barely legal concept to include the daughter's friends, than pedo sim, they're 18 as advertised; 16-17 at best. Come on. All this games CGI or drawn are fiction. Remember that they are fiction first and remember second that everyone has different tastes. We are discussing porn games and anything goes here and I like that. I was however a bit remembered about 4chan on this threat where people seem to not have any consideration about other people fetishes and are just being a dicks to each other. I myself like small breasts and considering most of them consequentially look a bit young, so be it. I do not mind as by downloading and playing it each can have its own tastes. And if the game simply doesn't appeal to you because they look underage you can just delete the game or not even install it and go your own way. If it is legal or not you should decide for each country on your own. We do not have any laws against underage drawings or anything of the sorts and so that could mean some countries probably do not as well. Happy fapping.
