Ch 4 is finishet. If You are using MOD, un install it. It causes this problem very often. Use MOD built in in the game instead.

poster who i made saves used dots wt and fresh play on ch4 and still got bugged.

dots mod? ofc not but as long as mc marries dee and gets baby with her (most likely canonical ending) or dee and others preggo you have completed game.
iam playing on android and there is no walkthrough mod is there a Walkthrough guild for chapter 3 like chapters 1 and 2 ?

Can someones help me understand how im supposed to download this game properly, im not sure if the first link is the whole game, or if I need to seperately download chapters 1-3 and the first one is chapter 4.

each chapter is own game so dl all. on ch3 you need to answer questions about what you did last aummer since no save transfer.
