Nah, the images are just webp-images in disguise. You can either install a webp-decoder or use an image viewer that supports the format to view them. Incidentally, Google Chrome supports the format natively.
There is continuing you just have to input the numbers and your good to go.
Not stupid. Maybe you have unlimited download but many people don't. You can easily play the path you were on by answering a few very simple questions, you can even increase or decrease the stuff you want or not. Very simple...
Its not a bug and 200 is the max you can have at this point in the game, it may or may not go up in a future update but for now 200 is maxed.
Two of the girls look young because they are petite (in group cheer called “flyers”) and are flat chested and Jennifer has a slightly larger head relative to her body. That is why those two look younger. All the other girls do not look that way (Olivia, Georgina, Rachel, etc)
I had the same result with unren ....image folder has .jpg files but data not recognised

So it sounds like sharing points are not necessary for D to be involved with say Elena or Georgina then. If this is the case, I'll probably avoid anything that involves accumulating sharing points. I'm really not interested D fucking any of the male NPCs. Well, none of the human ones that is.
