I actually feel guilty now after D most likely saw the MC having sex with Elena, alluded to by hearing the creaking door.
I can see one of two possible outcomes.
1. D now feels she and her father are in an "open relationship" and has sex with another guy. Hopefully not the photographer that I just wanted to bludgeon with his own camera. Probably opens the door for Martin or Graham.
2. D who suffers from poor body image has been made to feel even more inadequate after seeing her boyfriend banging her bestie. I think that's what made me feel guilty. After building up her self-esteem you potentially just pissed all over her kittens and made her feel bad about herself again.

On day 30, after the puppy discussion, D receives a phone call from Jennifer about Elenas arrival if you are on an Elena & Jennifer path. On the Elena path MC mentions her arrival in the shower but there has been no call. Am i missing something?

Load your old save in the DMD.exe you created it, Then open your DMD.CH3.exe and input your points there. You can have both open at the same time.

Try to load a different save and see what happens in chapter 2 game.

Tried both of these still get the error

Just started Chapter 3, on Ch2 I had relationship with both Georgina and Jennifer but on Ch3, it's making me pick one or neither, is this how it's supposed to go or did I do something wrong? Sorry if this has already been answered, I went back several pages but didn't find it.

Also was there any legit way of getting BDSM points in Ch2? I didn't even know that was an option since the game kept punishing me every time I tried to be anything other than an absolute gentleman.

There were a couple of instances to get BDSM points in previous chapters, usually by slapping D's ass.
Yes it is supposed to be that way, but in the options in CH 3 you can turn both ladies back to having a relationship with you.
Just put BDSM points at 30 & you'll be good to go for CH 3
