Remember that the only difference between the MC and Lucas in this story is which one is getting the female attention. We're not playing the character of a noble guy, he's jealous and paranoid about other men, if you take a step back and look at the comments, everyone feels that the MC is entitled to bang every girl in the story, and as it seems so many of us wouldn't want to see a girl (Elena) we want, or even reject, hook up with any other guy in the story.
