once again not in maingame, ryan went with margo (or whatever was her name) and martin went back to big city. in extras there will be d with martin/etc but those aren't maingame related.

So... is part 4 completed or there will be more update for it? And will there be any further parts? I just wanna make sure since I like to play completed games.

the game is 100% completed. There will be another revision update with some fixes and additional music and maybe some tweaks of scenes or replacement of some renders later this year, but nothing story related.
Another stand-alone fantasy update will also be delivered later this year where we provide some additional scenes without any attachement to the main story - scenes which didn't make into the game for various reason.

well for starters asking if your wife/gf is into that.

in DMD there isn't really public sex or BDSM.
BDSM is not really MrDots kink and he hesitates to do BDSM as he isn't sure how to do it propperly to match the story.
However we try to convince him to do BDSM in the next game as it would match there much better storywise (even though i am not allowed to give more away)
