if you mean in dmd then by waiting and doing other love stuff with dee and eventually both get unlocked.

in DMD there isn't really public sex or BDSM.
BDSM is not really MrDots kink and he hesitates to do BDSM as he isn't sure how to do it propperly to match the story.
However we try to convince him to do BDSM in the next game as it would match there much better storywise (even though i am not allowed to give more away)

no but there's alt path where dee leaves dad and becomes pornstar and it's called sins of a father.

well hard to know what happened since that game is still in planning phase. as for what dee will do on next game (set 5 years after sl if current timeline holds) then she either works for koko still or something else.
