Hey guys i downloaded chp 10 from both the mega link and teknik link but its only for chpt 9..kinda weird any advises? I tried loading as well and it brings me to the end of chpt 9 only as well.
I already have backups of all chapters. The thing I don't know is how do I start up the game after downloading it. I mean, where do I have to go and what do I have to do after downloading Chapter 9. I'm a total noob with computers, I actually took a while just to figure out how to use the backups.

uncompress it to any place you keep the game - i.e. desktop or etc.
then open the folder and double click the "start.bat" Windows Batch File.
after splash screen and it will ask you where is the backup file.
navigate to where you save the CH8 save file and select it.

I am trying with Chapter 10 now since Chapter 9 is free and I already played it. I uncompress it, click on the "start.bat" file, but afterwards it opens up a tab on Firefox saying it couldn't load the page. Same thing happened with Chapter 9 when I tried a few days back. So yeah. Unless an answer as to why this happens shows up I don't know what to do.

change your default browser to Chrome and try again.
Personally I set Chrome as my main browser for the sake of compatibility although MS Edge isn't too shabby either.

as the link but it says that i couldnt open the websiteNevermind, I actually got it to work. I just didn't uncompress it properly. Just finished playing through it. Well, like everyone else, I'll now wait patiently (or not so patiently, hard to wait) for Chapter 11! At least now I know the process to play the cracked chapters. Thanks for the help anyways, I can be quite idiotic at times.
I still wish I could donate to Palmer, not for the early access (especially now) but because they deserve it, this game is really wonderful, maybe in a few months when my job search succeds, I can use a bit of my paycheck for that, it depends. I wonder how many chapters are left though. Been 10 Chapters already but it feels to me like we're not getting a conclusion anytime soon. It's one of those things when you want to get to the end already but at the same time you don't because that means, well, it's over. I'd never thought an adult game could get me hooked up with the story, but what do you know? One thing is for sure: Whenever it ends, I'm so replaying it from scratch at least twice, one having sex with everyone that's possible and another one where I'm only with Amanda, and then compare.

Palmer does redheads very well, I think he has a thing for them, don't blame him one bit.
