Yup, the protag is futa, but what is crazy is that the adult patch is said to increase the game length by 3-4 hours, while the game without it has less than2 hours of content.

I bought it and am waiting for the 18+ DLC. Hopefully it'll be free (like some games on Steam offers) but, I'll find out soon.

Why is this not tagged with futa/trans protagonist? I've passed it by multiple times because I didn't want to play as an MC w/o a dick. Also, why is there no upload of the uncensored, full version? Are all his patrons that loyal?

Because in the base game the MC has no dick / it's not shown or mentioned. Only the DLC that was released today adds the 18+ portion of the game. So the tag should appear once somebody uploads the DLC version.

Bumping up the request thread is your best bet I would say. I'm relatively new, but the usual procedure seems to involve collecting "+1"s in the request thread to generate more attention.
