I was getting the same error.
You are probably missing the regular part 2 patches. Go to Lewd patcher and get the non-xmas versions of the patches under previous versions. That fixed it for me.

How far along did you get the error?
It's working for me atm, but I've just started the Xmas special.

I installed:
PT2
PT2 loli
PT2 incest
Xmas special
Xmas loli

As previously, I'm not even getting an error message. I just get a splash screen appears when I try to open the game, and when that disappears, then nothing. Oh well.

you have to play and complete Chapter 6 at least once.

if you had extracted DIT-P2-0.1.1-pc.zip, then DIT-P2-0.1.1-pc-xmas.zip and then merged the game folder with the DIT-P2-0.1.1-pc folder, would you see this:

did i told you to use v0.1 of the main game? no, use the current version and that is v0.1.1.
