You dive at the forest lake ruins as usual searching in the plinth room to be exact and there you should see a necklace or something like that.
I've been searching for a week already and I only get the dam- consensual tentacle encounters...

Sooo am I locked out of getting the necklace after meeting it once?
I've done the quest on my other characters aside from my main one I'm currently using.

But it did though, I was sleeping at the wolf cave when the possession started.
I haven't dove at the forest ruins at all during said time and all I saw was the new option called "Lake".

How do I trigger that scene via Seduce? I know it triggers via Refuse, but Seduce fails(?) every time and I go back to Pay/Refuse. And my question remains unanswered: what are the conditions to make Seduce not loop me back to Pay/Refuse?

You can't. The game is not kidding. It is too late now. The option is there for you to try and fail and gain some trauma because fuck you it's Porn Game Dark Souls. If you've seduced Bailey in their office on the previous day like we've been discussing the scene changes slightly: they say "Nice try," THEN demand payment. Your only options are to pay or fight. You cannot consentingly fuck your way out. Ladguru is saying that if you win the fight by making them orgasm or being in too much pain to continue you win and don't have to pay rent this week.
You can meet the Wraith without having taken the necklace. Taking the necklace just makes the Wraith extremely hostile. To get into the plinth room, you first need to find the key in one of the boxes when searching the Forest Ruins.
If you have been in the plinth room already, you must have already gotten the necklace. You get the necklace the FIRST time you enter that room, and the tentacles only appear after that. You may have already given it to the museum. The necklace was there well before the Wraith was added.

I don't think so. If you brought the necklace in, it should say: "The spot for the Immaculate Ivory Necklace is bare, as it was taken away."

I see, does updating a save carry that over or is the necklace already an old thing?
I started my current playthrough well before the Wraith was introduced. The Ivory Necklace already existed then, and I gave it to the museum rather early on. Once the Wraith was eventually added, it started showing up on blood moons (I was well past Halloween by that time), and was angry I took the necklace. Does that answer your question(s)?
