Unreal Engine Delta Zone [v23.2] [DEVOLUTION]
Quite sure the correct answer is "nothing" for a long while now.
Basically the dev will progress only survival and combat content in the near future.

He's correct. There's nothing until game release. It's gonna be straight up regular gameplay until the game becomes early access on steam.
I've mentioned this a few times, but I do gotta say, I think it's a little lame. Because the main draw of the game is getting put on the back burner lol. If I wanna play a realistic shooter, shit... I'd just go play Ready or Not, wayyyy more fun than the gameplay bits in Delta zone.

Like said before and some people reported as well, until steam release, the NSFW content might get put on the back burner.
There should be more content at some point but we have no idea what the dev plans at this point
That does not mean no nsfw content until 1.0 release but the steam release which i have no idea when the dev plans to release it. We're in 0.23 right now, it could be in a few months, could be in a few years, who knows. (probably sooner than later if it's an Early access release)

Looks like the developer doesn't make enough "dinero" from the NSFW niche and there are already more fun survival games like the parasites available. It can't beat modded Stalker Gamma or Cyberpunk either. The only thing it had going is now put on halt.

Well, at least this game does offer some content, so I'm not gonna shit too much on it...
But it keeps me wondering,
where the hell do the patreons get all their copium from?
Didn't even know, earth had so much copium reserves?!?
I couldn't have the patience to support a mediocre game for more then a year,
but some people are supporting a pile of crap for ages?!?
Makes me marvel.

For me why i should care if dev completely ignore NSFW elements? I like if porn game is a game too, but it should be 50/50. Kinda sad, because i love tentacle scenes and Ivy is hot as fuck.

Personal ambitions and questionable earnings are much more important to the developer than the interests of the players. It's funny to watch how he closed himself off from an alternative opinion on his discord server.
Don't forget, you actually must be supporting him on patreon, to get discord access.
And I even got booted, while I still had my subscription going.
It must be about a year and a half ago.
My offense at him was to ask, why he dropped his take on more enemies,
cause he was talking about it prior and that's been the improvement, the majority of patreons was asking for.
He didn't liked being reminded by me, that patreons should be treated somehow like customers.
His view on subscribers was more kinda like the cattle on a farm.
