Depends on how you define NTR. Is the succubus gonna have sex with lots of people? Probably - she's a succubus. Is the mom gonna have sex with people other than her son. Guessing that will depend on how you play it.
That would be kinda counter-intuitive from a gameplay point of view. I think it's more likely that if you have a high enough love points with her, she will be satisfied with the MC or at least it will be up to the MC to decide whether she can go out to feed on random guys or not. But you may be right as well, we don't really know anything about what kind of succubus she is or where the dev draws inspiration from.

The dev is using an analog scale for the NTR (as opposed to a binary NTR or not NTR). That would allow the dev to go from mild to hard (or none at all), depending on your choices. But I'm only guessing.
I hope they don't suffer the same fate tho. This is like the spiritual successor to that game.
I suspect they're referring to the one in their signature, has a bit of narrative overlap.
