vIt has really been 2 days since he should give an update delivery to say at least that he completes the review by 5% and that there is about 30% missing but he has not said anything

I wouldn't worry too much. Yes, it's a bit annoying that the status update hasn't been posted but it's possible that something happened to him that prevented him from posting. Also, it's not the first time he missed the weekly update. Let's be positive and hope that it's because he is close to being done with the revision.

I don't have the psychological condition that creates the NTR fetish in people but I understand it and I don't judge it. I do however not want to see it and my only complaint was that I was lied to about the NTR being 100% avoidable. I have played over a 1000 of these games and am always trying new ones. I know what I like and dislike and financially support the creators of content I love. I don't mind NTR as long as the creator gives me the option to avoid it. When I am unsure I always ask first. It's a very controversial subject because of the human psychology involved. No one lied to you. The real NTR of this game (which involves MC's mom and her boss) is 100% avoidable. I guess you are one of these players that simply doesn't wanna see in these games sex scenes that doesn't involve the MC, right? It's ok, nothing wrong with that, but the NTR genre in porn/erotica isn't simply "woman have sex with other one than MC", despite whatever subjective definition you may have about "NTR". And if you simply play the game you will see that you can play in way that MC can have all the LIs without worry to lose them to someone else. But you do you, and since you doesn't like sex scenes with other characters than MC, doesn't matter the context, this game isn't for you since the final scene of ch. 4 also shows the demon lord fucking his concubine. But again, no one lie to you abou NTR be avoidable

I agree. It's not NTR i really hate when people call scenes that's not NTR NTR. I'm part of the anti NTR crowd my self but i know when to holler NTR and when not to.
