So it can be initiated actively like a dialogue where you say yes or something or the culminations of your choices until that point? If it's the first one I may give this game a try at some point.

There is two dialogues with the choices that lead to NTR path. Picking the others choices in these dialogues will avoid NTR path
Yeah but I mean is it obvious that path will lead to ntr? or is it somewhat vague?

For me is pretty obvious. But the game also has a tooltip function that you can enable in the settings. This function highlight what choices give ntr points, love points etc...
The NTR options are pretty obvious.
You need to tell her to not trust her boss; and get her away from him.
I've really enjoyed it: pursuing the... landlady.
MC is a bit small, and there's a few sprinkles of NTR theme, but it's not enough to deter me and there is sufficient and bearable closure.
Lilly NTR is unavoidable, though.
I'm pretty inflexible about monogamy, but it's something that comes off as appropriate to me.
She's a realistic succubus doing succubus things, and MC fucks her like an inexperienced kid with an opportunity and for plot.
I think the aunt is Netori, and the aunt's neighbor is promiscuous.
You can avoid both.
