They've said that group sex with related girls is a thing that's planned, but I wouldn't expect it for a while. Usually this kind of thing is saved for when all the individual girls involved in the scene are content-complete, and there are no finished girls yet. Pretty safe bet, their common feature at least from the two sisters is they're ready to jump the MC's bones from the word go, probably didn't even have to use his corruption powers on them. The two sisters almost certainly do a three-way with him already if he just asked for it. But it also depends on what order girls get content in.
